The inclusion of Moogles feels pretty irrelevant at this point. You think they don't fit into XV? That's fine, I doubt anyone cares that much. What really bothers me is that even though they claim the game's in "beta" they keep throwing out these things like "Oh we're going to ask the Just Cause guys for help, cause that might be cool" and "We're not sure if we want Moogles. Do you guys want Moogles?".

Are they trying really hard to make sure people know this game is still in production? Cause at this point I don't care. I just want the game out when it's out. I don't need any more nonsense info like "This is a nice rock, we're putting this in the game".

I sort of think this might be threadworthy.

I mean, what is there to discuss about having a pre-beta (alpha?) version finished? It doesn't present new news that has any discussion associated with it. What would it even be called, "FFXV reaches development milestone every other game ever developed has reached . . . only in twice the time."

I still think the PR for this game is just as screwed up as it has ever been regardless of the fact that the game is finally looking promising and real for the first time in a decade.

Yeah I oddly agree with this. Not crazy for MML3/MMNo9 doing this as well.
