You'll note you used a screencap from a good Bruce Campbell movie.

This right here. Ugh.
Probably Skyline. That movie was straight up garbage.
i didn't think you could wrong with donald faison but i was wrong.
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, dragged a dozen friends to that on opening night. It was far below Anderson's previous movies imo, the trailer was the best part.
To be fair, I didn't care for it the first time I saw it, and it's now my favorite movie. Many others seem to have the same experience. Maybe give it some time and then watch it again. The Big Lebowski. I was late to the party and by the time I had watched it, it was hyped up so much that I don't know if it ever could've lived up to the talk. After everyone tells you it's a movie made just for you...they'd better be right.
Couldn't think of one but then I saw your response.Avatar. (The blue aliens one)
Hyped up piece of shit.

Recently? Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows
Weird, isn't it?same. I hated it when i first saw it. After a second watch, it was one of my favourite movies. Still is.
Loads, but...

...wins.
Alien Resurrection because it betrayed the tone of the series completely and comes off like a goofy french comic book science fiction Alien film parody. Once again squandered the opportunity which is EQUAL parts the fault of Joss and Juenet.

Remember watching the Alien films when I was younger and I had no clue that the 3rd film was bad. I watched it several years after it's release and was so very disappointed after the first two.

So it was a disappointing movie because the characters weren't likable?
DC addresses a lot of the problems with the movie. Watch it if you get the chance.
So this movie is directed by Michael Mann, one of the best filmmakers working together,
Man Hunter is good, but that's it for good Michael Mann films.

I went into Drive expecting a car chase action flick about a stunt driver/getaway driver. I mean, the premise would suggest as such. But it was a lot slower than I was expecting, and has a cumulative total of about 10 minutes of dialogue over the whole course of the film. And that awful "Real Hero" track tainting an otherwise awesome score.Drive. I know it gets tons of praise I found it boring. Hyped itself up as an action movie and turned out to be lame.
