Shame on those who don't know this masterful ending to a masterful SNES game (if you don't though, answer is in the URL.) The length is the only way I felt I could do it justice. Boy am I glad it's done though, haha.

For my Blanka stage I started off with the default colors but just modified some to create some more pastely colors and overlayed that on top.

i don't even know the ending of that game or what the original looks like, and i still get some smoke in my everytime i look at it. very evocative sovan.
