You could say that I don't.........believe it.
I always felt Naruto was just a piece to prop Sasuke what with the way he goes about things.
Naruto has had like 5 powerups and Sasuke who been wondering in the desert with his losers can keep up with suddenly? Fuck that noise.
But he hasn't seen shit he could really copy.

Well, Most of the stuff in the story has been wrapped up. Doesn't seem like he's going to introduce new villains to the fold.
I picked up One Piece and Bleach again to see what I had missed.
Surprisingly, I find Bleach's current arc kinda entertaining. It's not good, persay, but it's a whole lot better than Bleach was before. Things are actually happening, characters are actually changing, fights are brisk and not ludicrously long, etc. I'm sure it will all go to shit when the main villain comes in and turns out to be invincible, but at least I'm enjoying it right now.

Nah, Jaya-Skypiea is awesome. I'd say Fishman Island is the toughest arc to go through. It's just too damn long with no carrot to prod you forward. EDIT: Just noticed this was the anime. Yeah, read the comic. Jaya-Skypiea is a million times better there.

He's often very vague about it. This is probably the least vague pronouncement he's made, but it certainly doesn't give us any kind of real time frame.

Please don't tell me that your idea of "getting into" a comic is to start reading it for the first time 597 chapters in.
Skypiea is fantastic when you can read it as fast as you want, by the way. Trying to watch the anime first was a huge mistake, even aside from jumping in at a random point far into the story.

man i stopped reading naruto awhile now, the last thing i remember is naruto going to train with some hip hop guy on as island because.....fuck i barely remember plot of naruto now i guess it was about some ninjas and shit and there was a snake guy who was bad but then he died and i dunno. should i start where i left off guys?

the only one of the big three I got into was Bleach. Bleach's soul society arc was fantastic, but after that I feel like they just rehashed the same thing but with Orihime instead, and I got bored. Whats happened since then? Has it gotten better?

I was enjoying Bleach's current arc until all of the dumb shit started happening
like Unohana jobbing after her Kenpachi reveal, or how it was revealed Kenpachi was holding back the entire time instead of him learning how to fight properly or Byakuya somehow still being alive even after we got a whole chapter dedicated to him "definitely being dead this time, for reals"

Went through the last 100 chapaters of naruto after catching up on the anime.
Like Lost, it benefits from no waiting and letting this build up before catching up. I enjoyed the crap out of most of it, aside from the major destruction in fights being almost impossible to understand or follow. No wait time means the lulls are forgotten.
