I used notepad as a staging area when I did mine, never trusted web browser draft-saving.

ANYWAY, from the small picture of the game I can see maybe it is a RPG. It is strange seeing 3 shirtless men, but I think they are barbarians. So I guess is a hack and slash RPG like Diablo but only with Barbarians.

Can't believe I'm explaining Gachi here.
Yes, the clips and every single one of those images are from porn videos of certain actors. There's quite the "following" around this meme mostly on the asian board 2chan, later on 4chan and after that twitch I think. At first the videos were used as bait and switch similar to rick roll but after that people started making quite uh, interesting remixes and other stuff.
Now it might seem like people are making fun of Billy but he was actually quite loved by these people. And he, as far as I know, embraced the meme and the love that followed.
