I think I have a newfound respect for Bengus' artwork now. Those are pretty impressive.

One the creepy nerd side of things, Helena from DoA 5 is the perfect blonde 3D woman in design and model. Moreso now without her bow.
Hero from Dragon Quest VIII. A color scheme which reminds me of Dragonball all the time (giving me nostalgic feels) and a kickass bandana which at the time, I hadn't seen on many heroes. Anytime I see him I just want to play the game again. Also,

Kind of counter-intuitive, but I love the design. Grounded, realistic, full of character. The wear and tear of the shirt, the personality, the fact that they actually change their outfits once in a while. Just generally awesome.

Just adore how simple the design is, but how you can easily tell what sort of awesome zeal this character has.
His suit only helps magnify this magnificent bastard's already fantastic design.
Again, all you need to know about the character can be gleaned just by looking at him. He's stoic, he isn't a showoff, he's relaxed and he knows just how strong he is.
The white outfit makes Sora look wise beyond his years, couple that with the two keyblades he's effortlessly controlling calmly behind him and you've got one very sweet looking design.
There's just so much character and detail in this armor without it ever feeling overstated, that it can't help but look fantastic.

One of my fav looking bosses.
No nostalgia about it, it's a fantastic design. It's particularly notable in that it's so distinctive, it's easily recognizable by its silhouette.

They nailed the scary lady look.
I mentioned General Tiger in the OP. Here are the rest of the Puppeteer bosses. And these are just the main bosses, the generals of the Moon Bear King; there are mini-bosses, as well, not seen here.
