First time we have seen that ability to jump on a Sparrow on a whim. Pretty cool.
This actually infuriates me, assuming there's no other way to upgrade the vehicle, people who don't pre-order it will be stuck lagging behind others? And that's one less color customization that can be used for everyone else. Ugh.

<3, I apologize."Upgraded Sparrow paint job exclusive until 1/1/15. Better Acceleration, Higher Top Speed and Higher Durability Plating can be attained through gameplay." 00:30
Omg dat music
Is that tweet sponsored by Monster? Seriously, WTF? lol
It says pre-alpha. Bungie said that there are devs, friends and family playing it at home (those lucky bastards). Now if someone tweets out a screen that says "Beta"...
Hmmm, not like this...
Ya'll should read the fine print.I hate the exclusive pre-order BS as well, but if it's limited to paint schemes then I don't really mind that -- it's custom parts, weapons, armor, or abilities (etc) that can't be attained in-game except through that retailer that would piss me off.
I hope today we get details on a collectors edition.
I really hope the PS4 / XB1 versions are not held back too much by this also being on last gen.
Can't wait to see what they have in store.
Did that Titan just pull a Tron...
Whoaaa

Welp. I slept like shit, but I'm awake, so good morning, everyone. Not too long now
Here's an interesting question...
I have friends on XBO and friends on Destiny. I have never bought the same game twice but would consider it for this game if it's good enough, so that I can play with all my friends. But what if I buy a super cool cape with my logo on it? Or some other DLC. Is that going to be sold through PSN and Xbox Live? Or unlocked through a destiny site? Meaning, will my PS4 and XBO character have access to the same purchased content?
My guess is the current answer is either "no" or "we have no idea at this point". but I just thought I'd toss that out there in case someone had some surprising insight.
We don't really know but it can be safely assumed.
The XBO, PS4, and PC are on completely different servers. Any DLC purchased for a specific platform stays on that platform.
Not sure if you're generalizing but we don't know if Destiny is on PC.
So 6pm uk time?

2.5 hours till we get some more info!
Same here. Bungie said that items that are able to be purchased will be purely cosmetic, but giving those who pre-order and exclusive version of a vehicle that's enhanced isn't setting a good precedent.

Seeeeeriously. My Reach hype back in 2010 was unbearable, lol.Well, coming down to the wire, I'm getting really hyped.
I for one am glad my hype cycle happened much closer to release then say a year or two out like with Halo.
Are we getting any substantive gameplay footage today?
The trailers that have been released thus far only show 1-2 second snippets of actual gameplay.
