Didn't know you were talking about rebels Well, I can see some scenarios when enemies using environment to exploit the arc rifle's disadvantage. They should be fun and intense gunfights imo

Right, but the gate can be shot open, it was a closer target to Galahad than the lycan was so in game the electricity traveled to the gate instead. The electricity doesn't always travel in a straight line where the reticle is.

Sort of...you aim at the target, and if your aim is good with the arc gun then it automatically picks where on your target it hits. It's a tradeoff since it takes a little while to charge, but the end result is rewarding if you retain good aim
