Yeah, I've noticed that with a lot of Pokemon this gen. The art has been downright bland for some (Yungoos, Bewear, Litten) but they've looked much better in game.

and arguably Shuckle, Lapras, and Golem. Turtonator removes whatever it is people consider ambiguous about them though. Could definitely use some type variety though.

Considering there aren't a whole lot of 'mons this gen I really like, this one would likely end up on my team, though I'd worry about having too many Fire if I choose Litten. Honestly I'd just ditch any Starter given to me.

Seems to be based on soft shelled turtles, and they are fuglier than that pokemon.

May even get a spot on my team if it isn't trash in battles, however my ingame team I usually run a bunch of speedy mons over bulky ones so I dunno, Salandit has fire covered and Exegutor has dragon too so tough decisions coming up
