Really hope there isn't a lot of talking in the video. It should just be a slow zoom in of Reggie's face. The his eyes get big and he whispers...GO. Then it's an hour of glorious trailers and release dates. I can dream.

i don't get it either. it could be a request rooted in the stagnation of AAA gaming and people think that if a new game was coming out with a new title, it would be more innovative. it could also be frustrated sony/microsoft fans that are tired of other people liking things they don't like, so they repeat that until people believe that repeat use of an IP is legit reason to dislike something. i'm all for nintendo trying to types of games, but if they decide to make it Kid Icarus up StarTropics i couldn't care less.
 
Shit, I have to take over for a coworker at the exact same time as the Nintendo Direct starts. I don't know if it has been asked before, but will this be available on replay and without having to go through a site filled with spoilers? I want to see it after work without having been spoiled in case of megatons (though I honestly think there won't be any).
 
Excited to see what Nintendo has to show!

Imo, we really did see all the expected quantities, cell shocking megatons are yet to be seen.

I'm going to be totally unreasonable and take the cap off my hype. METROID V DREAD. CMON. To be honest there's a Smash Bros. trailer, there's only so much disappointment this thing can bring.
 
The Free to Play News about Killer Instinct just made me sad. All these beloved Rare Franchises are practically gone. I wished Nintendo would own those Ips.

You will be able to watch it on the Wii U afterwords. Probably on Youtube and Nintendo.com. Just cover your eyes and click like crazy with a hope you don't end up at some weird porn site.

I remember being hyped before Nintendo's E3 2011 and E3 2012 press conferences and being hugely disappointed. This time I'm not really hyped and don't expect much.

I had no intention of getting an XBone, but the reveal of Killer Instinct did make me light up a bit. I was like, "Good for Rare. They don't have to always be making Avatars and Kinect games." It was nice to see KI again.

Then I found out it was being co-developed by a licensed shovelware company.

And then I learned about F2P with one character unlocked.

titles i am expecting during this direct:
-fire emblem x SMT
-new 3d mario
-mario kart
-super smash trailer
-x by monolith gameplay trailer
-yoshi yarn

Realistically, I think this is what we can expect to be there, and not much more, considering the time frame. I mean, with all the 3ds games announced, these above wii u games and some soon to launch wii u games which we know about already, like pikmin 3, W101 and rayman legends, and system summer update talk and other hardware/market number talk, they have more than enough to fill the direct already, the direct is only about an hour.

Mabey a surprise announcement lastly (presumably retro's new game) and some 3rd party support, and thats a wrap.
I think they are saving some other unannounced titles for the direct which is often being held in september, as they have more than enough to show already in this timeframe.

Altough I hope im wrong and they drop thos BOMBS cause I am HYPED!. However, all things considered, I would be satisfied with more trailers/information on the above titles :)
