I mean something with more depth: exploration, puzzles and gameplay mechanics that work like clockwork. A game that I can lose myself in instead of playing few levels and calling it a day; a presentation that relies on more than just artstyle and nostalgia.
I want a Nintendo game that is high-budget and high-quality, and nobody can tell me we had one of those recently

Some people can't really connect to happy-go-lucky DK and his swashbuckling pal diddy. Context makes a lot of difference. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre would be a vastly different viewing experience if all the main characters were tellytubbies, ya know? There could very well be some gripping tension, character development and tasteful shots in the movie, but the subject matter makes it less approachable. I'm all for light-hearted games but you gotta consider the other side my friend

Only Wind Waker art is new (and Pikmin 3).
You want an adventure or an open world game, right? We can have it with Meteoid if they do it in a big scale. Though new nintendo characters for smash wouldn't hurt either

Plus what is "Mature" and what is not in the gaming industry is pretty loose nowadays.
There's nothing wrong with people wanting something a bit more mature in their games, its part of what make them enjoyable to them.
