Really hoping one day a list like this will say
Wave Race
I'd even take a 3D remake of Wave Race 64. Y'know, the game of all time.

Part of me gets this horrible feeling that Nintendo actually thinks the Wii U lineup is amazing and they don't need to do anything for a while.
There is rayman and monster hunter.
Well, if Lego City and Aliens are decent enough, i'll be getting those, so that's not too bad. I'll be trying to snatch some launch games at discount prices as well (Batman, ME3, Darksiders 2... whichever applies), and i still need to get SMBU and N'land.
Been playing ZombiU, AC3, Nano Assault and Trine2 up til now.
What a depressing line-up.
Target has a buy 2 get 1 free sale on Wii U games right now
Games like Batman, Scribblenauts, Ninja Gaiden, Tekken Tag, and various sports games are $45
Sonic Racing is $39.99
You could do a package like Batman, Scribblenauts, and Tekken for $90 (plus tax)
Not bad. It comes out to a little over $30 per game.
I plan on getting Lego City and Aliens also but I still think Nintendo needs to act now as they are facing a serious uphill battle. Aliens doesn't have a release date yet while it's PS360 counterpart does. None of the games with firm release dates have the potential to move a lot of systems, IMO.
We are starting to get more and more rumors about MS/Sony next gen consoles and Nintendo's time to shine is dwindling more and more each day. Don't get me wrong, I think Nintendo can turn it around but they need to do something soon and start announcing and/or showing some games.

The sad part is that lineup is a lot better than is currently announced in Japan.
Wtf was nintendo doing all those years that the Wii was on life support??? Wii u launch was really rushed it seems. Thank god i never finished skyward sword!
How could they possibly think that when they're on track to miss their Wii U hardware and software projections by a wide margin?
The real question is what they can do, not whether they think they need to do anything.
So Nintendo is releasing all the 3DS games they didn't release for holidays all together in two months:
Nintendo Brain Age: Concentration Training Feb. 10
Fire Emblem Awakening Feb. 4
Luigis Mansion: Dark Moon March 24
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity March 24
I really CANNOT BELIEVE none of them could have been pushed to holidays 2012, instead they release them at once. Then they'll wonder why the bad sales.
In the other hand, clearing all that out at once instead of one per month makes me feel hope for Animal Crossing in April...
Is March a shopping season in the US?

Wii U, what happened to your launch window?
I'm really disappointed there's still no date for Animal Crossing though. It's doing so well in Japan you'd think they'd want to get it out here too.
Is this really true? I thought the GC had more stuff coming out at launch, but maybe I'm remembering wrong.Nintendo PR said:The Wii U home console launched to great acclaim on Nov. 18 with the largest lineup of games in Nintendo history.
The release list for 2000 on Dreamcast was absolutely nuts.Dreamcast is all that comes to mind for me
Game & Wario, The Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3 and Wii Fit U will arrive in the first half of the year. Additional information about launch timing for these games will be announced at a later date.
Are you privy to NOE's release schedule? The 3DS is not that different, at least in EU
So we have three prominent titles get hard release dates within a day of one another in LEGO City Undercover, Need for Speed Most Wanted and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate...
Aliens: Colonial Marines has now been delayed from a simultaneous release with other platforms in February thus expanding the drought at retail until Rayman Legends on the 26th... and overall - apart from a couple eShop releases for things like FotNS: Ken's Rage 2 and The Cave...
Plus, no sign of Pikmin 3 and the Wonderful 101.
How delightful!

So besides Animal Crossing New Leaf, it really seems like Q2/Q3 will be empty yet again for 3DS...
We need localization announcements soon.
Quality over quantity broIt is; between retail and digital, the Wii U had 34 games available. Gamecube had just 13 titles.
Quality over quantity bro
Has there been any word about the Wonderful 101 release date/Quarter aside from "Launch Window"?
