This shit right here should be illegal.Yeah.
Unfortunately this is how iam8bit operates. You order something, they never ship it to anyone, they never tell you anything, they won't let you cancel your order.

From what I understand no, there are no refunds after fourteen days. And refunds only come in the form of store credit if I remember correctly which is naaaasty.Surely you can cancel if you feel that way?
Rez is even more baffling, as it's just the game. Well, I've learned my lesson. Rez is the first and last thing I'll order from iam8bit.I blame iam8bit.
Same thing with REZ:
Original.No man's buy
Do you still want it?
Wtf, can't you do a credit card chargeback?
Are you serious?
iam8bit has always been terrible at fulfilling orders in my experience. REZ: Infinite keeps slipping further and further, so this isn't the least bit surprising.
Also, this is inaccurate. I was able to have my REZ: Infinite order canceled upon hearing about the original delay. All it took was a single message to their support and they canceled it on the spot.
Please do not support iameightbit.
This company delays nearly if not every product they release by months, they have no concept of planning or quality assurance. Amateur league seller and producer with good products but a nauseating way of doing business.

After missing the launch, and several delays, the publisher, iam8bit, has an update:
This shit right here should be illegal.
That's not acceptable.I blame iam8bit.

*Pledge delivery date: August 2018**Now that the ships are making their way across the oceans to us in LA and London, we are feeling some sense of relief, but we are keenly aware that this provides little consolation to you. Please know that we have made an earnest pledge* going forward, to do better for you, and for everyone like you, who puts their faith in iam8bit's ability to make cool stuff and to deliver it on time.

I should probably ask to have my username changed.
refund peoplee. preowned is around 20$ now.
I've mentioned it several times in this thread already, but depending on your location, they have to offer refunds by law if you haven't received the item yet, even if you're outside the 'up to 14 days since order' window that they arbitrarily allow for refunds on their site.
Check your countries online purchasing laws. I'm not too hot on US consumer laws, but a quick look online seems to imply that if a product is delayed beyond 30 days, you have cancellation rights:
Delays
If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date. The seller also must give you some way to exercise the cancellation option for free for example, by supplying a prepaid reply card or staffing a toll-free telephone number.
If you dont respond and the delay is 30 days or less its assumed that you accept the delay and are willing to wait for the merchandise.
If you dont respond and the delay is more than 30 days the order must be canceled by the 30th day of the delay period and a full refund issued promptly.
If the seller cant meet the revised shipping date, it must notify you again by mail, email or telephone and give you a new shipping date or cancel your order and give you a refund.
The order should be canceled and a refund issued promptly unless you indicate by the revised shipping date that you are willing to wait.
If you dont respond to the second notice, the seller should assume that you are not willing to wait issue a full refund promptly.

As mentioned before, if you're a UK buyer, you can cancel the order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
What I'm saying is please never take a company at its word when it comes to refunds or cancellations, you usually have more rights than they let on.
Who even wants it now
