The most amazing thing I've seen on Gaf is when one poster printed out another's avatar and peed on it during a debate. I've tried and tried and tried, but I've never been able to find it.

Wasn't around for it, but the Beyblade topic has me crying from laughter every time I read it.

With both Smash Bros. games out, I also miss the Miiverse days of SmashGAF. I wonder if anything will top the holy trinity of Takamaru/Paper Mario prophets/Cake Analogy/SmashGAF Fanfiction...
 
I still think the relationship threads border on some of the creepiest threads. The one where the one guy thought a women his eyes happened to meet was interested in him and then jumps on GAF to ask how he should talk to her. Most normal people would wait for her to leave then follow her to a less populated area and then approach her... you don't want to approach someone where other people can see if it doesn't work out and then mock you. In a less populated area, only you and the rejector know when rejection happens which really helps when you cry about it latter since it'll hurt less.

You don't give yourself enough credit Ayumi. The first time I responded to one of your post, you feared I was being sarcastic; I still believe you probably still have reservations about it till this day. I honestly believe you are perhaps one of the most charismatic and electrifying personalities here on GAF and you did it all without sacrificing your dignity. I'm not going to lay it on thick today so I'll just leave it at those simple words.

As a newbie here, it's surreal going through all of these ancient threads and seeing how many people have been perma-banned since then.

My favorite thread from between the time I've been lurking here to now has been the TumblrCon thread. I laughed so hard I almost threw up. My cheeks hurt afterwards.

Pretty recent, though.
