This is going to be one of those issues that Obama can't really explain away. It is really going to have to come down to the individual voter to decide if Obama is to be trusted. All I would say is look to what the candidate is saying and not hold him responsible for what friends and supporters say.

Many times in this society things are broken down to plain black and white and most people know that things are rarely that simple when it comes to people and personalities. If Obama decided not to leave his church because his pastor made controversial comments that would mean that there is more to staying with that church. It is possible that the church does things in the community, the same community he did organizing in.

Maybe Obama takes what that pastor says in its entirety and disaees with certain parts and agrees with others. It is VERY possible to listen to someone and partially agree. One making a controversial statement doesn't mean that EVERYTHING that person has said should be discounted. I just hope people get the whole story and not focus on what they want to hear or what they want to believe.

Outside of the statements regarding Aids and New Orleans' levees (Which I could see justified giving the contexts of the statements), I've seen nothing warranting being called a disgrace over.

part of my life was in farmville, va Have you heard of brown vs the board of education? one of the main towns in that lawsuit was farmville, va.

instead of integrating the schools they closed them. than funded a private white only school. for 10 years there was no public schools for blacks in famrville, va.

that should give you a sight into the area i grew up in. an area that even though are now integrated and"equal" blacks are treated very poorly. i was spit on by a man one time at work. cause as he said it i was a worthless nigger and needed to know my place.

this is the real america my friend. and it aint pretty.

at the time she was broke. she than actually started to use her netroots to raise money. at this point facts are facts. she raised 13 million in jan and had 12 million in debt by feb.

casue of the effort to get people to donate thru goal oriented net roots and e-mail she was able to raise money to get back in to a good financial shape.

those are facts. i remember i was saying how she was broke for a week than she says she gave her campaign money? guess she was broke huh?
