Yes, but pixel fill rates mean very little without the texel rates being accounted for. If you look at the PlayStation 5 and Series X they bear the near identical breakdown that the PlayStation 4 Pro did to the Xbox One X.
This is false. The difference between PS4 Pro and Xbox One X was bigger than X1X just merely having 40% more theoretical TF or PS4 having 40% higher pixel fill rate. X1X outclassed Pro on literally everything but pixel fill rate. That is not true with PS5 and XSX.
