uhhhh if there was any debate about Pedro and what game he'd start in the postseason, he's my Game 1 starter if healthy. NO DOUBT.

EDIT: But he's over 70 pitches and were still in the 4th...

OH HELL YEEAAHHHHHH!!!!!

i don't know about Pedro - plunking him at #1 now is a bit risky. Glavine's been GOLDEN since the all-star break and deserves to be the #1 entering the postseason.

That game is a disaster. I bought it because it looked awesome in the store though omg so pretty

The game was the best looking sports game BY FAR back then but whoever thought ZERO control of outfielders was a good idea should be shot :lol

!! You're a Mets fan?? You are dead to me! DEAD! :D

Pedro's velocity and stuff wasn't his greatest strength; it was his guile.

The man *knows* how to pitch.

It did help my admiration of him that the Yankees own him, though. :D

Until he became a Met, you mean. :D

EDIT: OH GOD MOTA IS COMING IN.

EDIT 2: God Gotay overslid the bag.

EDIT 3: Wait, it's Feliciano.

Willie pushing Feliciano brought back memories of Wagner. This team just totally freezes up from the 7th inning on against the Phillies, wtf.

jesus how do people with lisps get jobs as tv commentators?

this game better not last 5 hours like yesterdays game
because listening to this guy all day will make me want to kill myself

Sosa's pitching like shit and that's against the bottom of the order. He was lucky he got that second out, batter reached for a ball off the plate.

Edit: Fucking pathetic. This entire team just collapses against the Phillies.

it wasn't a good pitch to go after, that's for sure. it was way up high. first pitch, too. make beckett work some more, especially considering his early pitch count.

The guy just walked 2 batters, you're like 1 for 20 in the last few games, you gotta be taking pitches up there...

Wang often has rocky beginnings. He's a sinker ball pitcher. I am not worried if he can limit the damage.

And Abreu letting that ball drop in there was shitty.
