Dodgers are tanking and now Billy Butler got sent down to the minors. My baseball and fantasy baseball world is in shambles with injuries and now this! So much for this trade I made back in April...

Of course this was only after two Zack Greinke starts and having grown up with the kid, I didn't expect he'd keep up his pace. The automatic draft somehow left me with literally 0 closers... this trade I made 2 days later has worked out a little bit better.

I doubt the epic-ness. Halladay was out-dueled by Jon Lester not too long ago, and surely Joba is better than him. And I still don't think the Jays know how to hit a baseball. Apparently, Riccardi thinks the best way to help the offense is to keep the best hitters in AAA or DFA them.

C'mon now, I thought we were adults here who could handle friendly jabs. Obviously Jon Lester isn't as good as Halladay, this season or ever. I was really trying to point out that the Jays offense makes people like Lester look better than Halladay. I'll be more explicit next time. Maybe more use of LOL?

And 15 day rest aside, you can't argue that paying millions of dollars to have Frank Thomas crush the ball for the As wasn't a mistake.

Bog game for the Mets tonight. Clayton Kershaw vs. John Maine, and since Kershaw is a lefty that means The Irregulars (Tatis, Easley, Castro & maybe Evans) will all be in the lineup. Lefties Schneider and Chavez definitely won't start; would Willie play Delgado though? If Mets can take this game they're sweeping this series, and you can lock it up.

Halladay is the best starter in the league, I think he would be closer to hall of fame numbers if he was on a better team. Isn't he a free agent next year?
 
Holy shit.

Last time I check cubs are down 9-1 in the 6th.

Big Zep tells me on AIM holy crap dude its 9-8. Turn it on and Grudz hits a two run homer and now the Cubs are up 10-9.

3 runs scored in the 6th, 6 in the 7th so far if they win this game what an epic comeback.
