Just got out of work, 10 to nothing, top of the 3rd. Why did they even continue after the two hours rain delay?

Interleague + Tigers = omg.

I got worried that game would be called, but in the end this worked out for me since I just got off work and game is still going and lead got even larger lol.

Surprised Zito is still in.

Just got back from the doubleheader. 'Twas fun... well, the second half, anyway. McCutchen is a beast. Fuck Sean Burnett. That said, I am still way more interested in what happened to the Twins. Weren't they leading, like, 7-1 or something?

What in the fucking fuck.

Cameron Maybin walked on THREE balls in an at-bat and then scored later .... fucking Phill Cuzzins.

Not to mention Cust "struck out" on a check-swing when he actually did check.

F'ing M's, give Fister some runs.

Of course Texas gets beat by the Marlins and Seattle will lose on a 3 ball walk.

Doug Fister is going to be 3-9 with a 3.04ERA ... losing on a 3 ball walk. What the FUCK.

I am seething over this game. 3 ball walk, checked swing strike outs, off-the-plate strikeouts, you name it.
Nats got screwed by YOTU multiple times early in the first game to let the winning two runs score but you don't see me complaining.

Jack Wilson struck out looking at a pitch that was several inches off the plate. Terrible umpiring tonight. This ump wants to go home.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what game you're referring to. Against the M's?

THREE. BALL. WALK.

DECIDING FACTOR OF THE GAME.

Nats don't have a chance in hell catching the Phillies. Texas lost today. Now by no means does it mean if that run never scored that the M's would win ... but at least they'd still have a shot at winning and not lose to some bull ass shit.

If the M's won they'd move to 2 games out of first in the shit-tastic AL West. Not to mention Fister threw 9IP and 0 earned runs without the BS walk.

No, against the Pirates. Doubleheader today.

Ah I see. Baseball's just a frustrating sport, I guess, sometimes it's hard to contain myself. The M's are a really tough team to root for, haha.

EDIT: What a shame for Fister. Dude has a 3.02 and a 3-9 record? Shame on you, Mariners offense. Shame on you.

No Olivo. No Ackley. Gutierrez batting 3rd with a fucking .188 average. Smoak looking as lost at the plate as he did last year and his OPS is just plummeting.

What can we expect? Worst offense in the AL.

Paul Maholm gets fucked over as well 4-9 3.17 era

I dunno man. I wouldn't mind nearly as much if the M's went 0-162 due to shitty offense if the
M's pitching was just as shitty. The M's offense deserves (close to) that record.

But the fact that each man on the M's rotation is a fantastic pitcher who never receives enough runs is just heartbreaking. Not to mention our fantastic bullpen as well.

I'm still very impressed that our pitching has allowed us to remain to close to .500 considering how few runs they get in support.

Blake Beaven will make his first career start tomorrow for the M's. Crazy since I played against him once in high school and all the local media were going crazy about him.

Back home. Oh Mets, Why, why you do this to me. Why... Oh yeah, now I remember.

Edit: Wow, Frankman lifting my spirits before I even finished my post. All I saw was Reyes hurt, and it was the hammy. It was loud and drunk where I was, and I haven't seen anything about it since then.

What the fuck happened to J.A. Happ? Finished 2nd in Rookie of the Year voting in 2009 and was looking like a beast in the making. He gets traded to the Astros and I look at his stats this year. 3-10? 5.63 ERA? What the hell?

His luck ran out.
