I don't understand. What's different about conquest in this compared to previous editions?
I have explained this so many times its actually getting tiring, but I will do it again. Any Battlefield Vet knew the changed as soon as the game started up. Its that obvious.
In the new Conquest.
Each team gets points continually ticking up. The team with the most flags gets the points faster than the team with fewer flags. There are no tickets in this new Conquest, its just a Domination styles score system. Kills do not count, making medics utterly worthless. I was not wanting to be revived so I could just spawn where I wanted. Since there are no tickets, reviving does nothing in the grand scheme of the game. Its much harder to have comebacks due to both teams getting points at all times.
Old Conquest.
When one team has majority of flags, the team with fewer flags will bleed tickets while the team with most flags do not lose tickets. The team holding the most flags only loses tickets if someone dies and isn't revived by medic.
This caused great back and forth matches, as the losing team can make epic comebacks by gaining control of the flags and bleeding the winning team's tickets. Kills counting allowed for that great feeling of getting a double kill late in the game and knowing the other team just lost 2 tickets.
Kills not counting, no tickets in scoring, and no ticket bleed obviously since there are no tickets = Not Conquest. I like to call this new Conquest, Domination Large.
