Winning the scudetto wasnt an achievement this season. Inter didnt even have to try. Juve were in serie B, Mialn were 8 points behind from the start and none of the other teams were good enough to mount a proper title challenge.celestial body said:Why do they always use selling Vieira as a good example of a Wenger decision? Since he left he has won the scudetto with Inter and Arsenal have won sweet FA. They also haven't been able to replace him in the the midfield strong man role, which has been pretty obvious.
psycho_snake said:Juve are building quite a decent team. I still dont think they can challenge for serie A, but their summer moves have been good and they can certainly get a CL place. They've signed quite a few players and they've got buffon and trezeguet to sign contracts, which is huge news because both of them are so important to the team. Its still early days for ranieri, but he's doing a good job so far.

I wont make a prediction until the transfer window closes. There could be quite a few changes for some teams, but no matter what any team does its pretty much certain that Milan and Inter will be the top two. I hope Milan can win it because I really dont like Inter.Yazan said:My predictions for Serie A ( I am quite sure that Juve wont take scuedetto):
1. Inter
2. Milan
3. Fiorentina
4. Juve
5. Lazio
6. Roma
But I hope that it ends this way:
1. Milan
2. Fiorentina
3. Inter
4. Lazio
5. Roma
6. Juve
My prediction will probably change when silly season ends.
نعم من فضلكManchester City will make a £4m bid to snatch Yossi Benayoun from under Liverpool's nose. (Daily Mirror)
I know people are now talking about Arsenal and obviously that is something I am excited about. Its another big club and the good thing is I wouldnt have to move out of London. I also already know English football and I like it. Arsenals style is more technical than physical so I could fit in no problem.
:lol There's two things that always happen in the italian transfer market. Milan will sign someone older than 30 and Inter will always buy a striker.Yazan said:"Chelsea are facing stiff competition from AC Milan for Brazilian wonderkid Alexandre Pato. (The Sun)"
He is to young for us. Sorry Pato, come back when you are 35 years old.

that sound very much like "come and get me, pretty please" to me. I said months ago that he would be ideal for us. For 20 million or so I would take him in a heartbeat.
Ah!Yazan said:But from what Arabic country are you originally from?
However, his move to England will not come before the end of August, according to the player himself.
"There were reports about Arsenal on the internet, but so far they are nothing more than rumours," he told www.highlow.nl.
"Nothing concrete has happened. Next season I definitely play at Ajax.
"There will be a time that I will play at Arsenal. But there is nothing at the moment."

hadareud said:you love the idea, I love the idea, Tevez loves the idea.
Now we just have to hope that Wenger does too. And that the dodgy ownership situation is something that can be resolved.
"I don't know yet," he said. "I always liked Tevez. He is mobile, he goes forward. He commits people and he's very positive. He is doing well now.
"He has what it takes to play in England because he is not scared. He's ready for a physical challenge. That's one quality you need when you go to Sheffield or Newcastle. Up north you have to be ready for a fight."

psycho_snake said:If you're going to spend a lot of money on a striker, you should spend it on tevez. At the end of last season he was unbelievable. He proved just how good he was. Arsenal need a world class player and he's ideal.
Who else could you get? Eto'o and Villa wont leave their clubs whilst Torres is horribly overrated. Unlike any of those strikers, we all know that tevez can play in the EPL. During the last few weeks of the season he was arguably the league's best player. He would be perfect for arsenal. He's one of the best young talents in the world and he makes a big difference.
He could end up costing a lot, but you have to pay a lot of money for good players, unless you buy them from arsenal.
Do you want to tell me that Toni, Podolski, Makaay and Klose are "half good strikers"?hadareud said:so Bayern now have Toni, Podolski, Makaay, Klose, Santa Cruz up front.
Also, 5 half good strikers don't make 2 good ones.

How many bloody strikers do they need?
