Because some opinions are out of line. General opinion makes some things acceptable and some things not. If I could go back 50 years or went to Afghanistan, many of my opinions would be completely unacceptable. Doesn't necessarily mean the opinion is wrong, but forums where anything goes are just chaos and attract the truly repellent.

If I remember correctly, what he said is that Barça was not going to sign him back for a big amount of money because he was formed at Barcelona and decided to leave himself, so there was no reason to push him back to Camp Barça if he didn't want to be there from the beginning.
I dont know were you got that, but people around here are proud of him and wish him the best wherever he is. In fact, most Barça fans I know support Arsenal because of him. If he came back someday, I'm sure he would be gladly welcomed.

There was some clarification later on that article - apparently La Paglia runs the team and plays for the Over-40 squad, but their younger team was the one to qualify for the USOC. Would've been better if it was the one with La Paglia, Lalas, Vivian Campbell, Vinnie Jones, etc... :lol

I just found out that the Dutch tv network NOS will broadcast every single Euro 2008 game. Now, as you all know, the last group match is played simultaneously (at 20.45) so NOS has decided to show one match at Ned 1 and the other at Ned 3 (they also own Ned 2). Isn't that awesome? I'll be putting two tv's next to eachother haha.

Yes we do, but this is the first time they'll use multiple channels to broadcast matches at the same time. Before that they just made a choice between the two matches (like they do with the CL when there is no dutch competitor left).

PES will make massive improvements in the next version. Seabass said so. He knows that FIFA have made huge strides over the past few years. I think he even expanded his team for PES2009 so hopefully we'll see some new shit along with fixed lag and netcode.

No it won't PES is dead to me now, Seabass can fuck right off. He's like Peter Molyneux promising the earth but never delivering but at least Molyneux hasn't made the same fucking game every year.

Fifa will make loads of changes and generally be great but have little niggles that will annoy you. PES09 will be PES08 with something else horrendously broken.
