For those who missed it:

Defoe stop being a dozy moron and come to Villa. They don't want you at Spurs. No matter what you say. This is the football equvalent of walking in on your girlfriend in a threesome with two of your best mates, being filmed by your parents and streamed live to the whole of the country but sticking around just in case she needs her brow wiping.

Even at Liverpool his stats weren't that bad, especially when you consider that he was played right wing quite a bit.

He never started a game at right wing and wasn't shoved there that often only in a few games.

One of his best Liverpool performances was on left wing though. :lol

I like him, I think he was good and I was sad to see him go. I think if he learnt how not to be CONSTANTLY FUCKING OFFSIDE. He could have had a good relationship with Torres, two fast scary players upfront would have been nice.

Am I the only one having 100 post per page?

No.

100 pages is a godsend when catching up on a thread particularly during matches.

To the left. /(-_-)/
To the left /(-_-)/
To the left /(-_-)/
Cos we got fuck all there
COS WE GOT FUCK ALL THERE.

I was talking with binty about football and we were just going on some random topics.

If the American owners were so against Benitez and wanted him out like the papers say, would they really give him 7m to buy a defender?

I felt a bit sorry for Wes when he posted on the gaming-age and they quoted his avatar. :lol

I am thinking about posting mushroom girl as Wes girlfriend in "post your pics"-thread.

That's...not true. I've only gone back through the last 9 games he could have played for Liverpool and fully 5 times he was deployed on the right, with Morientes, Crouch or Fowler in the the 2 spots up front.

He frustrated me.

He had no ball control, he had no composure infront of goal, he'd boot the ball 20 yards infront of him where he'd get blocked then moan to the ref ugh.

That being said I'd take his goals over Kuyts.

Runnin' runnin' runnin
Where the fuck is he goin'

I'm sure it was in the pen pal thread.

You said something like I want a pen pal and they replied quoting your avatar. :lol

Bastards. Don't they know I'm a tranny for a reason?

They're sending the wrong signals to throw off the media? o_O

Really? I stand corrected.

I'm just going by memory, I don't remember Fowler starting many Premiership games either.

I remember Cisse starting that game on the left though, he was absolute fantastic. But he wasn't tried there again after that.

It's possible they've told him he can buy someone so long as he covers the cost in sales...but I doubt that's the case. We'll be able to tell by the end of the month anyway.

"I have talked about it with Edgar Davids, because he played there," Emanuelson told Sportweek magazine.

"Edgar told me it was a great club, but that I should not join Spurs. He said to me: 'You are an Ajax player, you are young and talented, so you only need to go to a top club in England, Spain or Italy'.

"I have thought about what he said and I think he is right."

:lol :lol :lol

:lol :lol He is right, too. I don't know why half-good English team can think that they even have a chance buying players like Silva, Villa, Joaquin and I don't know what.

Because of the success of the Premiership "half-good" teams can afford huge transfer fees and wages.

With a manager like Ramos who could convince them to join as well.

They can afford the fees and wages, but then what? Do you think a player like D.Villa chooses Tottenham (playing the uefa-cup at most) over Roma/Juventus/Bayern/Lyon even if he gets a better wage in Spurs?

It's cool, man - just giving you a hard time. Thread's been busy.

New England are hemorrhaging players. Props to Nicols for keeping them in contention for all of these years. If Twellmann and Parkhurst leave I think they're sunk, though.

Skrtel has passed his medical. So its a formality now, he'll be the most expensive defender in Liverpool history when he signs. Costing more than Agger means perhaps Rafa sees him as Carragher's replacement?

Its the challenge as well, young players who might want to join a new revolution with an ambitious coach who took Sevilla close to the title.

They can join bigger clubs after a few years. Also, I'd definitely rather join Spurs than Roma.

They're so good because they're such a tight knit group with no real superstars. They're the exact opposite of us.

True, but I don't know how they're going to replace Twellmann, Parkhurst, and Dorman. Joseph is still the man, but Noonan and Ralston are getting old.

Eh, it's not guaranteed that they're all leaving. If they do however, they're fucked.

Damn, Valencia got some shitty luck.

Valencia's new signing appears in naked webcam video

Troubled Spanish side Valencia were hit by a new controversy Tuesday after it emerged that the club's new teenage Argentine midfielder Ever Banega has appeared naked in a webcam chat video.

The nearly six-minute-long footage was posted on Argentine video-sharing site Subiteya.com and the number of hits it has received has soared since the 19-year-old signed with Valencia from Argentina's Boca Juniors over the weekend, sports daily Marca reported Tuesday.

In the clip, which carries the title "Banega, grande desde siempre" or "Banega, always big", the player can be seen chatting over his computer with someone for several minutes before committing a sexual act.

"We already have too many problems to comment further," Valencia winger Joaquin Sanchez was quoted as saying by Marca Monday when asked about the video which dates from the teen's time at Boca Juniors.

"We hope nothing else happens. Everything has come at once and they are not good things for Valencia and the dressing room because they affect the players," the 26-year-old added.

Valencia reportedly paid 17.6 million euros (26 million dollars) to sign Banega for five and a half years. The Argentina under-20 international trained Monday with his new teammates for the first time.

His arrival comes at a rocky time for Valencia, which crashed out of the Champions League at the group stage and has slumped to seventh in the league table.

The club's Portuguese midfielder Manuel Fernandes spent Friday morning in police custody following an incident at a nightclub.

Last month, Valencia's new Dutch coach Ronald Koeman caused a stir when he informed veteran trio David Albelda, 30, Miguel Angel Angulo, 30, and goalkeeper Santiago Canizares, 37, that they were surplus to requirements as he gives the team a facelift.

Valencia president Juan Soler later denied that the trio had been sidelined. Koeman has included Banega in his line-up for Valencia's last 16 first leg match against Real Betis in the King's Cup.

The sexual act is supposed to be touching himself a little, nothing more. But I can't confirm it.

(Nothing interesting, old-school forum talk)

Playing har blivit riktigt uselt, loading ännu sämre. Eller så är det kanske är jag som har växt ifrån det. Som jag tidigare skrev så saknar man gon-tiden:(

Malouda's back for Chelsea tonight, he's been out for about 2 months. I think they're playing like this:

-------------------Hilario----------------

Belletti------Alex--Carvalho----Bridge

Wright-P---Ballack---Mikel---Malouda

-------------------J Cole----------------

------------------Pizarro----------------

Though possibly it's a 4-3-3 with Cole back in central midfield.
