Thinking about it, I just realized they didn't show off more of CQC moves and knockdown attacks and neither showed Snakes punch/kick attacks look like since they were all different in each Metal Gear Solid game.

In MGS1, Snake would do a left right punch combo and end it with a forward kick.

MGS2, Snake would would end the combo with a spinning roundhouse kick, and Raiden ending with a double kick.

MGS3, was Snake ending it with a standing low trip kick.

i think it'll be all of those things. hard to say right now what the primary focus will be since there's very little info but from the pics it looks like you'll be able to use guns, chokes/holds, the stun knife...so you could potentially play in stealthily and choke a bitch or go out guns blazing. And there will be a nice mix of 3rd/1st person shooting too.

The Uncharted E3 trailer on PSN tops out at like 38mbps. The quality is incredible. IQ is crystal clear, no artifacts.

The MGS E3 trailer hangs around 3-12MBps for most of the runtime. My hunch is that the MGS videos are so long that they have to lower the quality to achieve a reasonable file size.

I think he was playing in easy mode, as not to screw up before an audiance. Not only did the guards not see there fallen camerades, snake was also able to stun enemies with a tranqualizer gun without shooting at their heads.

Games looks great, this could be my reason to buy a PS3. But a price drop would also help.
