Hmm wonder what the broken picture link is... open in new tab.

Why is there a dude eating out a chick on my screen?
Really disappointed that Volition went to Deep Silver though... just doesn't seem like a good fit. Who knows though, maybe they'll become a big player?
Does buying the developers mean they get the IP? E.g. buying Violition means you have Saints Row franchise?
Sad for Relic, but not entirely surprised by that one.

South Park with UPlay
I guess it goes back to the WWE.what happens with the WWE licence?
Sega agreed to purchase Relic
Koch Media agreed to purchase Volition and Metro
Crytek agreed to purchase Homefront
Take 2 agreed purchase Evolve
Ubisoft agreed to purchase Montreal and South Park
RIP Vigil
This is the craziest way this could have ended. Incredible stuff. Volition goes to Dead Island guys? EA got nothing?
So Crytek is independant? I thought they were owned by EA. Also, who got Red Faction?[/QUOTE]
Good question?
- Crytek agreed to purchase Homefront
Ya know what, I like this move as long as they fix all the errors that were made when originally launching the game. So much potential here,
- Ubisoft agreed to purchase Montreal [Nirolak's Note: Patrice's game and perhaps Volition Montreal] and South Park
Rejoice SP fans.... The ginger clothed fatboy game is safe...
I'm actually excited to see what the publishers of Dead Island / the X hardcore space sim series / the Risen / Gothic series will do with Volition.
Vigil didn't get snapped up by someone? I find that very surprising. The Darksiders ip may not be worth a lot but the studio behind it was pretty talented.
what happens with the WWE licence?
Any news on 40k?
Why would they even bother? Didn't homefront bomb?
Turtle Rock is still around? I thought they became part of Valve during the development of L4D.
It says THQ will try to find buyers for Vigil etc but in the same letter that their positions will end?
what happens with the WWE licence?
For those wondering, WWE executed an out clause in their contract and are negotiating their own deal with a "prominent sports game publisher". So it's either EA or 2K that will be getting them.
Big day! Crossing my fingers for EA to win some bids.
Sad for Relic, but not entirely surprised by that one.

I thought this, too. Can anyone clear this up?
The rumor is the evil empire aka EA. So the wait for a good WWE game will continue.
I can't believe Sega actually bought Relic. That was a dream scenario. Never though it would actually come true.
