I thought it was just OK, but good enough that a sequel that fixes some of the problems could be really good.
How would you do it then?Player count in the first month, lol, as if that matters.
How would you do it then?
Retail sales that can be traded? Digital sales only?
People that tweeted the word?
Let's see your metric that is better than theirs.
How would revenue generated = player retention exactly?Revenue generated? Duh, this is such an easy answer. Player count only matters for F2P, and more important than first month totals, it’s player retention that is key because those are the players that will keep generating revenue.

By not really being that bad. If there's anything to learn in gaming, it doesn't matter what you like or what you hate, because there will always be somebody else to buy it.How can a game that's so poor, sell and do so well?

MS gave SE more money than they deserved I'm sure, and there are no MTX.Yes, that’s right. Player retention means recurring revenue due to MTX.
Players who didn’t spend a dime on the game don’t matter at all. Considering the game is available on Gamepass and it didn’t exactly lit up the sales charts, a lot of people got in through the door without giving SE a single dime.

Just take the L here and move along.
So I'm pretty much you in every other discussion here?Do you have anything to add to the discussion? Because you aren’t saying shit.
It started off really good and I thought I was in for an Sc-Fi epic then it turns into a run of the mill shooter with utterly boring and generic gameplay.By not really being that bad. Who gives a shit.Nobody talking about the 30 hours average playtime? That seems absolutely huge. A ton of people start a game and uninstall it within 20 minutes. This means there are a lot of people out there who have an absolute shitton of hours in this game. Gameplay loop works well it seems.
The people who want to sell DLC in the future. Looks very promising indeed.Who gives a shit.
