A LOT of people who just got flagged can post there though. So it's a bit iffy. Guess we'll have to wait for a confirmation from Blizzard or see what happens on Monday.

I don't think the emails have all been sent. But everyone in the beta is already flagged as part of the beta. There is a twitter link on the last page that talks about this.

You can check your account to see if you have the beta unlocked.

Why would they give you access to a game when they've literally already sold you on it and if you didn't like the beta you could cancel your preorder? It's your friends who need convincing.

I think reddit is full of shit on this one, probably just a matter of the forum backend catching up with beta status.

Q. What happens when the Beta Test Weekend ends? Following the end of this Beta Test Weekend on Monday, November 23, the beta will be brought offline for scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance, all Beta Test Weekend participants will have their beta access removed. At this point, these players will also no longer be able to create new threads or reply to existing topics in our beta forums.

Players with Closed Beta access will be otherwise unaffected and able to continue playing (and posting) as normal after maintenance concludes.

I kind of want a beta for this on PS4 since that's where I'm going to play it, honestly. Although I don't know the likelihood of this.

I was going to say that they've never done a beta on consoles, but they've also never released a game same-day as PC. It'd probably be wise for them to have a console beta (especially from a marketing perspective), but I'm just as clueless to the likelihood of such an event.
