Once the Xbox one launches in Germany and the rest of Europe the tide will surely turn.
MS need to release those bundles soon
The Bundles entered the top 100 of amazon.de but they are already gone. The XBO only get a sales bump when the price drops way below MSRP.

I see no chance for the Xbox One here in germany no matter what microsoft does.
I spoke with a lot of people during 3 days at gamescom and only 2 of them had an Xbox One, one of them was from UK.
Stuff like the Tomb Raider deal won´t get microsoft sympathy either.
And it also doesn´t help that so many of the Xbox One exclusives end up on PC eventually, so if you are a PC gamer and want a console you´ll pick a PS4.
Maybe a little bit OT, most liked Xbox One game was Sunset Overdrive, hopefully it´ll sell well..
And a couple of people thought that Evolve was Xbox One exclusive and many people thought that Destiny was PS4 exclusive.
So I guess the marketing deals are working, so Destiny sales could be heavily in favor for PS4 and Evolve may help the Xbox One.

Frozen: Olaf's Quest is listed as DS in the individual charts. Thing is, it doesn't appear in the DS top 10, whereas it does appear on the 3DS top 10. It can't be the 3DS version though, because Animal Crossing would have charted higher.
Basically, these charts are bullshit and the 'real' top 40 is all Vita titles. Or, Frozen is bundled somewhere. Could be either.
