I seriously can't believe this thread was bumped.

I haven't hit it, I will not hit it, I said that from the very beginning of the thread.

My fellow managers have started to notice it though ("Hey, I think Jane has a crush on you you know")...I just laugh and say, "yeah, if only she was 18". It's one big joke to the management team and although she's started texting my cell and says I'm "cheating on her" when I talk to any other females in the store, I'm not really feeling any pressure from her anymore.

Inspired by the discussion in the "Whale Rider Becomes Whale" thread, here's my current issue with an underage female:

I've got a 16 year old from work who's becoming more and more "enamoured" with me.
She says she hates working unless I'm around, she says that "I smell good" and gives me non-stop hugs and draws hearts with my name in them. She does alot of this stuff just to be cute and get my attention and make me smile, but there's definately some truth behind it.
I just dropped her off at home and she asked, "So what are ya gonna do tonight, **** Jane?"*

*Her real name is not Jane, but she did indeed say her real name at the end of the question.

I obviously did a double take, because the flirting is getting to a critical level, but I'm also dating someone named Jane (again, not the real name) who is of legal age, and I know I've mentioned that to her before. I said "WHAT?" and she played it all coy like, "Oh, *giggle* nevermind".

I think I've mentioned this in previous threads, but I'm 22 and in a manger's position. I'm not an idiot, I'm not looking for advice in terms of if I should keep my manhood in my pants, I know that nothing will ever come of this...so I'm making this thread for a few reasons.

1. To entertain GAF
2. To entertain myself
3. WHAT THE **** DO I DO FROM A MANAGER'S PERSPECTIVE? Just smile and shrug it off, or say something to make sure she knows I'm not in any position legally/morally/professionally to do anything.

I will say this however, which is the only reason this thread has any clout; she is the most ****able 16 year old I've ever seen in my life. Do not ask for pics you sick ****ers. If she was 2 years older however...:lol
