Loudninja said:Anyone try the Sly Collection Move mini games yet?
I'll try em tonight now that I have Move and Sly. They look pretty simplistic but at least it's something that supports the controller.

I want to try an online game so I can finish this review up telling people not to buy this crap game :lol
Bread said:snuggler get mag it's so good with the move controls
Snuggler said:Installing some demos now. I guess the calibration and shit must be done in a game by game basis, cuz all I had to do was plug in the eye toy and sync the Move. I don't have a surplus of room in my living room but I feel like I have enough space, it's hard to tell though. Hope my set up is OK.
the menu navigation is neat even though it's a little sensitive
oh yeah, when does this fucker LIGHT UP? I want a blue glowy ball![]()
Jax said:Lights up when up start a gAme, otherwise, it's just using the internal gyros
Hmm...one thing I am worried about; is there anything else on the horizon?
Sure, we just got The Fight, and LBP2 will have support, but are there any other Move games for the hardcore market? I haven't noticed anything.
Snuggler said:OK, sorry for the double (I wish I wasn't so LTTP), but has anyone else here had a problem with the "wiggle your fingers" part of the Eyepet demo? I was enjoying it but I could not get past that part, no matter how much idiotic wiggling I did. Is my cat fucking up the signal? She was very intrigued by seeing me on the floor, wiggling my fingers like a maniac.

Not at all. Heros on the Move, Killzone, Sorcery (<3), Socom, DDR, there's a lot I'm amped for.Kuro Madoushi said:Hmm...one thing I am worried about; is there anything else on the horizon?

Byakuya769 said:one thing I feel is definitely missing, is a great collection of mini games. I've only played the demo of TV Stars, but the production and forced cinematics are annoying as hell
meh... the demo was really boring...Takao said:Ape Escape Fury Fury should be a solid mini-game compilation.
A gyroscope and a magnetometer- think of it like a compass.Foxix said:I came out of my room to show this goofy thing to my folks and was really surprised that I could actually aim around the screen even in the hallway off camera. For some reason that just seems crazy to me and blew my mind after having spent so much time on the Wii and being locked into the cameras view. I didn't research too much of the tech driving this thing, how is it doing that? I kind of assumed that it would be using the camera for tracking the ball, and the position of the cursor on screen. It's also different having to make much broader movements, I feel like I can't outsmart this controller :lol
Snuggler said:Sly Cooper Move
one game has you controlling a little helicopter and moving it through rings/avoiding mines to get points, kinda like stage 2 of Sly 1 final boss
another, called "treasure snagging" has you aiming at falling treasures and hitting X and "pulling them in" to win. You have one minute, you can also shoot them down but I think that just prevents them from -minus points when they pass through
next one has you tapping the T button and shooting at a moving cursor, nothing special
basically, the Move games suck but the actual games are awesome so if you're not a major dickhead or a total twat go ahead and buy the collection and enjoy great games
there is one game I haven't unlocked (sly 2), but I'm sure it sucks as well
Jax said:i want this but I don't know when it hits australia. But our currency is so strong atm I should just import because I REALLY want this.
re: ape escape.
TOTAL MISSED OPPOURTUNITY. like wtf?

creepy, but it's hard to take a not creepy pic with eyetoy
jonnybryce said:I'm really liking Move more than I thought I would. I'm actually taking priority away from my backlog to spend time playing move games like Singstar Dance, Sport Champions, The Fight and The Shoot. Current gen graphics and 1:1 gameplay, its possible! Who would have thought.
The dualshock 3 that came with my slim does this. I think there is a piece of outer molding that didn't get shaved off of the D-pad and it's thin and flimsy. Every time I motherfucking click that sucker left I hear that click. I'm still hoping it breaks off soon or I'll be taking it apart and doing it myself.Foxix said:Oh lord I just noticed something that's going to drive me crazy. Does anyone else's motion controller make an obnoxious clicking noise when pressing down on the left hand side of it? There's a spot on mine about two thirds the way up between the base and the home button along the ridge in the side. It pops, and its loooouuuuud.
demosthenes said:Played Move for the first time today at a friends. Did some Archery and Table Tennis and god damn it was accurate/precise :lol. Doubt I'll get it as I own a Wii but it was nice to just get to play around with it.
Snuggler said:It is really accurate, and it was tougher than I expected it would when I played last night. I'm used to the ridiculously easy Wii Sports. I got my ass kicked in Table Tennis. Boccee was really fun, prob my fave of what I tried. I tried Tumble as well, and it's really fun. Out of all the demos and sports champs, it was the one that seemed to do the best job of showing what Move can do, plus it's a good way to test your calibration or whatever.
I'm enjoying the hell out of Move so far and I wanna get the hell out of work so I can get back to it.
demosthenes said:I thought syncing all the time was annoying though![]()
Make sure your PSeye is plugged in.Snuggler said:yeah, it is annoying but I'm OCD about everything being sync'd up perfectly so I can deal with it.
QUESTION
They eye toy can detect voice, right? There was a Move demo that wanted me to record my Move but no matter how much I yelled at the thing, it didn't pick up a sound.
Sports Championsopticalmace said:Question for you guys. I'm thinking about picking up a Move bundle but was wondering: how many games support simultaneous 2-person play? My girlfriend would probably be into some of the less twitch-reflex games, so that would make it an easier purchase.
hyp3rlink said:what are the shooting games (FPS, TPS , no rail games) compatible with Move?
Love pointer controls for shooters and that's the only reason for me to pick up Move, but don't wanna spend 100 bucks and later find out there is no support for it.
AFAIK, there is MAG and Killzone3 in near future ... anything else ?
