Holy crap @ Gaiaseed getting released. I didn't think I'd ever get a chance to play this game.

Same here.
It's quite awesome to get releases such as this and Rakugaki Showtime. Need to get some yen for my jp-account though.

I'll be on there tomorrow night. I hear the 360 servers are already full(?).

It's not going well so far on 360. I couldn't get a game in the demo earlier. I'm going to try again later.

I'd like to get it on PSN and play with you guys though. My Gold sub runs out at the end of the month and I don't think I'm going to renew.

Hopefully Trine comes tomorrow, and we can wait a few days for Dice to straighten out the servers with 1942.

I will say that it's seems like it will be fun, even though all I've played is the tutorial. Only thing I'm worried about is the aliasing. It's pretty bad on 360, so I guess it could be really bad on PSN.

According to BF1943's website, PSN version is out. I guess it's just a placeholder.

HEY HAY
Is this version of Battlefield something like Warhawk? I had played a pc version long time ago which was set in today's world. But it wasn't arcadey like warhawk. What about this one?

Not Arcadey. If you are looking for Arcadey Battlefield then download Battlefield Heroes. This is similar to what you played (i.e. Battlefield 2). This is Battlefield 1942 set in 1943 using Battlefield: Bad Company engine with awesome destruction!!!

Did final fantasy ii on psone ever get a US release? Just wondering how likely it is to hit western psn stores.

If anyone needs JP PSN credit, I can help. Just PM me! :)

Just played a game with the PSN demo of BF1943. Yep it's Battlefield alright. Definately going to buy it when the EU store updates.

I was thinking if I should get battlefield due to all of the talk on gaf, but it sounds a lot like warhawk with possible net problems. I recently got warhawk and haven't had time to play it. Anyone with experience on both? I should just wait for fat princess a bit more. I'm just feeling a need to get something off of psn after all this waiting.

Stinking Fat Peach hurry up!

Just bought two $50 PSN Cards for the US store. Hope they last longer than those I bought last month. Gonna buy some PS1 Games and Battlefield today. I kinda don't want to play Fat Princess anymore... if was hyped till last week or so. Now it's Battlefield time!!!

btw: I ordered my US PSN cards from hdmoviesource but they don't offer Japanese Cards. Is there any shop out there where I can use my Credit Card and they'll send me the codes via e-mail?

People die faster in 1943, vehicle controls are less arcadey, maps seem to be smaller (from the map I played).

If you like Warhawk, 1943 seems to be a sure bet but having played other Battlefield games sure helps a lot because it's very similiar.

Ghostbusters is a lock for PSN today, at least in Europe.

What's up with the LBP DLC? Is it confirmed it's NOT coming today? No sign of it on the list posted on your legendary website.

any chance of seeing a psn patch alert service from sony? So if a game gets patched you get a message on the psn when it's available?

Am I the only one who remains unimpressed by Trine?

Also shirely the developer/publisher are taking the P with pricing?

Not sure if people were expecting Trine today but no, it's not coming today.

Man. I was waiting for the PSN demo (assuming it will even have one) before buying the PC version because it seems like it wouldn't control as well with a gamepad, especially the wizard's telekinesis. The ten dollar discount would be nice, but if it's not coming out this week then Steam gets my monies.

That'd be a great idea - make it part of the PSN news ticker thing. It's a pain in the ass if you haven't played a game for ages and it needs a huge patch, like the other day when the Motorstorm 2 DLC came out - 500mb DLC download and install, start game, 600mb patch o_O

That is your fault tbh...:lol

Why are you not playing your games?

I was done with Motorstorm 2 a while back, so I was waiting for the DLC to hit before playing it up again, evidently missing a huge patch in the meantime :p

but soon could be in 5-6 hours when the US updates. Giant Bombcast said it was coming out this week and they are usually on their game. Don't give up hope.

Brad said in the bombcast thread that it was only a guess.

We're merely assuming Trine will be out on PSN tomorrow, since the PC version came out last week. Haven't heard anything definitive from the publisher to that effect, though. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

It isn't out today. They would have said so in the blog post.
