Playstation Store 10/02/08

too many games... they need to relax a bit and chill... i got burnout, wipeout, lbp and pes09 at the same time...

i wouldnt have time for all of them if my job was to just play games...

There are no U.K. PSN Cards, partially because SCEE isn't sure how they'd deal with varying currency (GBP in U.K. and Euro throughout the rest). The only way to get it I believe is to gameshare with someone from Europe.

Anyway, I was hoping a PS Store update would come before I head out for the night, but oh well. I'm really curious what we will see.
 
I'm really hoping we eventually get Alien Hominid HD, Braid, Castle Crashers, and Ikaruga on the Playstation Store. Doubtful but I'm being hopeful.

Actually, I'd say Ikaruga has the smallest chance to come, since Treasure isn't developing on PS3 (I believe their shooter team is sticking to 360) and they are small staffed. Braid seems very likely IMO. I think Alien Hominid HD could come, but I think it may be too late IMO.

The only way I imagine would work is if you find a UK dude with a UK CC, give him the information for your UK account, let him charge the desired amount to said account and you change the password again after that. You pay him with paypal or whatever.

I'd love to do this, but I don't closely know anyone from the UK.
Would it even be possible? Or am I missing something?

Braid has exclusivity with Microsoft that won't expire for at least a year. The author of the game said that if the PSN version is to be made, it won't come until late 2009 or even sometime in 2010.

Sony turned some of those down because they didn't demonstrate the power of the PS3 enough. However that was a year or two ago, they might have changed their tune now.
