To summarize: Making worn edges on your flash page can be time consuming. Instead, they chose to use Grindhouse's border and erase everything else. Artist somehow missed some things at the bottom, unfinished page was found by fans thinking it was a clue.

i think thats because originally konami sent out stuff to journalists with the link saying in 3 days time, but since then the 18th thing has appeared as well.

Pretty sure those are just meta tags for search engines. I doubt this is any indication of an MGS game. Tornado game sounds like the best lead to me.
