It does make sense actually. That environment does look something like "The Catastrophe" (the sky for instance and how barren it looks), it looks like Russia also (although it could be anywhere), and the two people could be Snatchers.

I would love a Snatcher sequel.

The only thing I can see for sure is a 360 controller. Everything else is pretty hazy, but that's a clear outline of the offset twin sticks and white handles.

Kojima has made comments about wanting to make one, and he's been visiting some FPS studios such as IW.

I hope it's not, there hasn't been a single even decent Japanese FPS. The FPS mode in MGSi, MGS2S and MGS4 were all garbage.
