This seems like a whole lot of work to go through to announce a port of a game on another system. I don't recall ominous advertisements and such for Lost Planet PS3 or BioShock PS3. It could possibly be MGS4: Subsisistence for both platforms, but even that seems like it wouldn't warrant this kind of advertising. More than likely it's the rumored Raiden game, or the MGS PO2.

Its not going to be MGS4 ported to Xbox 360 but if it is then its ok by me since I already have it for PS3 and its a year old come June 2009. Either that or Zone of Defenders 3 which could mean either coming to PS3 or Xbox 360 or coming to both systems I would even take a guess at Policenauts remake. Or it could be a MGS game for PSP or DSi. My final guess would be a brand new IP coming to both PS3/Xbox 360 next year.

Murata is still there, he co-directed MGS4. BTW, there is no Kojima's ZOE, the original was directed by Okamura.

The original ZOE was directed by Noriaki Okamura. Kojima is just the producer of the series.

As far as Murata goes, he's supposed to be the guy that'll take over Metal Gear for Kojima. But now Kojima seems all geared up to direct another, so who knows what'll happen to Murata.
