Metal Gear Solid 5: Countdown to Countdown

While this would seem early for MGS5 it certainly is plausible since I imagine they'd just be reusing the same engine from MGS4. If I remember correctly there was the usual 3 year gap between 2 & 3 because they pretty much had to create a new engine for the jungle setting.

MGS4 was announced E3 2005, MGS3 was released the November before.

It's not too early at all.
