PS+ March (Tearaway Unfolded, Disc Jam, Severed)

They seriously need to drop the PS3 offerings. Seems pointless this far into the PS4's life.

Yeah, fuck everybody that hasn't upgraded yet! Lets get rid of the Vita games too while we're pruning down our free offerings for no good reason.

Seems like a pretty good month. Disc Jam trying to get that Rocket League love.

Shame I bought severed last time it was on sale after hearing good things about it, but haven't played it yet. Oh well. Have Tearaway too but glad to see it getting some love

Been wanting to play Lumo and Severed for a while, and was tempted to buy them both a few times. Been looking for something a little more on the casual, pick up an play side for my Vita and I think they'll both fulfill that need for me! Haven't heard of Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late before, but I've been really getting into fighting games lately, so I'll definitely be checking it out.

Fantastic month for me!

A Windjammers clone is a great idea, so I'm pleased of the selection.

I already have Tearaway but I lend it to my brother before playing it and he seems to have lost it so I'm glad I'll be able to play it through PS+...

Here's a Pro Tip for Tearaway Unfolded... you can use the Playstation app on your phone/tablet as your camera and writing surface, so you don't have to use the touchpad for everything. It makes the game WAY better.

Only games I would want are UNIEL and EDF, but I already own those. Always my biggest problem with PS+. I never want any of the games and when I do, I already bought it ages ago.

lol

Quality over quantity, my friend. Yea we get six games/mo. but ain't nobody checking for games on those obsolete platforms. Vita I don't so much mind since it doesn't have a successor but PS3...really?! With its controller built for fetus hands and slow as hell OS? I don't even know where mine is. Enough already. Let it go.

Tearaway is cool, bought it on sale a while back. Disc Jam is probably not going to be my thing but Ill check it out. Severed is excellent, already bought that as well... GWG and PS+ both pretty weak for me this month.

You won't be getting 6 PS4 games per month

Shit, I just bought the latest EDF game on PS4.
I know some of these games are good but I didn't like the Tearaway demo on Vita and I don't care about multiplayer games so Disc Jam probably isn't for me.
Another month without PS+ then. It used to be that I would buy yearly subscriptions without hesitation but that hasn't been the case in a while

EDF 2025 and Severed??

For the first time, Ps3/Vita offering is superior to PS4's

I have all 3 systems and use them frequently, not everyone trashes their old system the second they get a new one. Doing so nowadays without backwards compatibility seems especially wasteful and pointless. PS3 isn't obsolete regardless, it's getting Persona 5 next month!

Yeah, I'm sure once they get rid of PS3 offerings the quality of games offered would improve. Just like when paying for online became mandatory and increasing the Plus price. :]

Last month we had LBP 3 and now Tearaway, two games made by Sony
So maybe in the near future is finally time to Knack show up and we gonna have the best Plus month of all time

Tearaway <3 Sold it a while ago for more than I bought it but still had some doubts. The cute games always break my heart when I sell them.

Glad to have it back. After LBP 3 another great addition to the library. But the cuteness overload means...probably no Knack again next month. :/

Disc Jam is the get this month for me, always down for a Windjammers clone. Already finished Severed (legit) and OG Tearaway, not too interested in an Unfolded playthrough. Solid month if those two are new for folks.

I already finished Tearaway on Vita and found it to be a bore. By most accounts the pacing on the PS4 version is even worse so I'll steer clear of that.

EDF is the only thing in this list that I'm looking forward to, but I'll claim them all.

Already own Tearaway on Vita, and Severed on Vita as well, but it's still a great month for everyone else.

Also, Disc Jam.
Disc Jam.
He made Thriller.

I highly recommend UNIEL on the PS3. It's a really solid fighting game made by the studio behind Melty Blood, French Bread

EDF 2025 is also good as a timewaster/podcast game, though it had an enhanced sequel on PS4.

Those two would be big highlights for me if I hadn't already bought them ages ago, though Tearaway, Severed, and Disc Jam also look like good times.

Not a bad month this time around.

I can't understand the amount of dislikes tbh. Is this a tradition? Or people really hate Tearaway that much?

Will people react the same way if we'll get Ratchet & Clank? Or Gravity Rush Remastered?

is this one of the earth defense games only on ps3 or one on 360 and other systems too

Tearaway is a fantastic game though, especially as you get along to the flying and other tidbits.

I liked Tearaway on Vita but heard bad things about the PS4 version, and my backlog is too big to play a re-make right now

I've heard good things about Disc Jam and Severed and Lumo seem interesting.

Pretty good month for me

Only three things in life are sure, Death, Taxes and a crazy amount of dislikes for every PS+ monthly lineup announcement.

Most probably not.

Tearaway didn't make much of a splash on Vita or PS4. R&C and GR are liked quite a bit around here.

I might have resubbed if I didn't own Tearaway already. As it is I almost never play online so I'm fine for now.

Tearaway has been out for like 4 years and I've never even heard of the other titles. If Sony gave Ratchet or Gravity Rush I'd be excited because those are actually recent, critically well received games that got retail releases.

Probably the best month in years.

  • Tearaway Unfolded is simply fantastic.
  • Disc Jam is getting some really good feedback and has been touted as the next Rocket League.
  • Lumo is a really well crafted isometric old-school platformer. Think Head Over Heels on the Spectrum.
  • Severed is one of the best Vita games of the last few years. I had a blast on my way to getting the Platinum. Makes great use of the Vita screen and is a lot of fun.

Very, very good month. For those who don't own any of the above you're in for a real treat.
