Yes it is. I just added a bunch of people, and it flies by when using the Vita. It takes a fraction of the time it does on the PS3.

I would love to be friends with any and all that plan on playing Need for Speed. Those games get better the larger the active friends list is, and the dynamic multiplayer is going to make having an active NFS friends list a must.
