This is what I've been expecting for months now, with Japan following in January.

Have a feeling Japan will be even later, maybe late March. Most important thing for Sony is to keep a healthy amount of stock for US and Europe.

Every console launch has this happen. Its better to have the games in stock and sellable pre launch that way you're not worried about games and consoles being pushed to the floor on the release day.

Well they were the ones who gave that date to Bol.com . The retailer confirmed that it was official to me so this is pretty conflicting, although Sony tends to say that it's "speculation" on things that are true

I think it should be November 12 in NA, that way it shows up on calenders as 11-12-13.
