Usually just hit install and FireFox does it for you. Works on mac fine for me.

And yeah, install Greasemonkey of course.

Installed Greasemonkey, installed the script. How do I access the script via Greasmonkey to edit my name in to be highlighted? It appears that my only options through Firefox under "Manage User Scripts" are "Disable" and "Remove."
