Sony does not understand the concept of the phrase "Southeast". Basically, if your state seceded in the Civil War, you are a part of the southeast. This isn't complicated.

Want to check the initial Home frenzy there. At least JP Home is cool and it has a solid "first party" effort feel behind it as aside from NA/EU Home which have become more "sloppy" third party backed mess filled with 12 year gangstas looking for digital girlfriends.
I got pics of the very first US East Coast Home Central Plaza server the first 20 minutes. Few hours later now though, all the children are already there. Had to escape.

And I guess the firmware doesn't add any features like was rumored? Oh well...
Unless there is another one coming soon and this was the initial "get secure online" firmware.
