It is called Super Potato.

Get off at Ebisucho Station on the Sakaisuji Subway Line. Nipponbashi will have you walking 15 mins to get there, Ebisucho is RIGHT next to Super Potato. Take exit 1B and then turn right.

Also check out retro tv game revival. I like it more than super potato.
