Rayman Leg Ends, the story of what happened to his legs.
Give this man a job at Ubisoft. I like it!
Rayman Leg Ends, the story of what happened to his legs.
Sister please, both sides are to blame for whatever the outcome is, one group is not better than the other. They are all fanboys fighting the good fight. If there is a WiiU game that looks anywhere near GOW4, Gears 3, Uncharted 3, or Halo 4, I think you'll see plenty of people acknowledging that. The problem is all the people who won't acknowledge the opposite.
Looks great, but the dual sicks on the controller need to be lower. In the same position as those on the vita would be perfect.
This conversation shouldn't even be happening. It's 2012. The XBOX360 was released in 2005. It damn well BETTER be at least moderately more powerful.
I know this is Nintendo we're talking about but anything less would be unreasonable.
This is why the industry hates leaks.
It's understood that development consoles currently feature wired controllers but let's face it, if Nintendo wanted to remove the wire from this official promo video, it wouldn't give the special effects team too much of a headache. Or, if as it looks, the wire is able to be unplugged, why not remove it?
For me personally it's because I enjoy these types of games much more on handhelds. I'm not sure why but that's just what I've discovered since I bought Rayman Origins for PS3 and Vita.
Yup.This is why the industry hates leaks.
oh...ok. Just another one of those superfluous gimmicks that Nintendo loves to add then. Thanks
Man, I really can't wait for this game now. I hope Wii U is backward compatible... so that I can play Xenoblade on it too at launch. Rayman Legends + Xenoblade would make a good time if I have to suffer launch window blues.
Edit 2: Still only one tablet + other controllers. Did Nintendo fix the only one tablet works per system thing or not?

Getting current gen ports on a next gen console is an indication of good third parties support?
Awful. They've updated the article with the factually correct information but claim it's on the "list of possible explainations", and haven't even changed the headline to reflect the update. This is why the industry hates leaks.
Sorry for the confusion but the question I was responding to wasn't actually directed at me.That's perfectly understandable. Some games are just like for people, N+ I've found more enjoyable as a handheld game than a console game myself.
I believe the thing was a confusion over what you meant. As in he thought you were referring to being more interested for it on PS3 or Xbox 360for reasons unknown. I'm guessing that is the impression he had at least, that's what I did before you mentioned Vita.
There isn't that I'm aware of, I was just saying that for me personally I would prefer that option if it were available and consequently I would be less excited about the Wii U version. Who knows, I might end up getting this game for Wii U if it doesn't turn up on Vita!I see, I didn't even know there was a handheld version of this game.
It's guaranteed to be multiplatform--this trailer itself practically confirmed it (it said Wii U exclusive features, not that the game itself was Wii U excluisve, and if they need to point out that one version of the game has exclusive features, that must mean there are other versions). So, this game will be multiplatform, right?
I'm going to have to call you out on that. If Samaritan had been shown running on WiiU as a demonstration of what the hardware could do I don't think most sane people here would label it as anything other than impressive. I think that would actually renew peoples faith in the hardware.I'm sure it will be, but gamers love creating narratives. If Nintendo had made the Samaritan demo instead of Epic, most people here would have called it unimpressive.
I'm still expecting PS360 ---> Wii U to be like PS2 ---> XBox.
Could Rayman 3D actually be the final release for Rayman 2? I find that hard to believe but that might actually wind up being the case. So, does this mean no Rayman 2 at launch?![]()
Red Steel anyone? It's an Ubisoft game for Nintendo hardware that doesn't end with a "Z" or start with "imagine." Progress.
So, does this mean no Rayman 2 at launch?![]()
Dont worry, we'll get Rayman 3 HD instead! So, does this mean no Rayman 2 at launch?![]()
You're probably imagining the top shoulder buttons as being default..
The shelf behind the controller is the default position for your fingers, resting on L2 and R2, that lower hand position helps support the weight distribution of the pad and makes it comfortable according to last years impressions... Reaching the buttons and sticks is easy because of it. You lift your fingers and press to the top / sides for L1 / R1
Just goes to show how much mindshare Ubi lost with their shovelware titles on Wii/DS. Basically erased all their actual efforts (and there have been a few of those).Red Steel anyone?

Oh cool, that sounds great. Can't wait to see some actual hands on footage of the controller from this E3.
Sure, but I don't think that applies to the majority of people here. Those are people you can safely ignore.People said 360/PS3 titles at last E3 looked worse than 360/PS3 titles when shown under the Nintendo name.
Never underestimate agendas...
I'll be interested to see how well they can make a toy out of a character that has no limbs.
Ugh, another generation of being stuck with the Wii remote on its side setup :/
My big assed arthritic hands can't hold that thing very well.
Well the answer to this question will be at Nintendo E3 so all we have to do is buckle up and enjoy the ride.
Awful. They've updated the article with the factually correct information but claim it's on the "list of possible explainations", and haven't even changed the headline to reflect the update.
The controller is a year old. People have used it at several events already. No one cares about their impressions though.
Doesn't change the fact that the article is bogus in the first place. CVG should have known better than to post that. Makes it seem like they have some sort of agenda.

Game looks good :O
Also, the NFC chip is on the screen? Couldn't they just hover the controller over the toy and NFC would have still worked?
