Take Sheva so we get her back! Capcom stop making great characters and ditching them.
Only blue instead of red.
Which makes sense as it's kinda of a black ops chopper and wouldn't necessarily carry colors.
But if it's illegal black ops why would they have any incriminating logos at al-nvm this is the RE universe lol
A man can staple his leg on =/= a black ops helicopter has a logo
Meh lol
It's such a no brainer having Billy Cohen and Sheva in Revelations 3. Billy is a badass and his backstory tied into progentior flowers in Africa. Shit writes itself.

I finished the game last night. I played through half of it in VR and the other half out of VR (just for comparison sake). Loved the game and it is right up there with RE1, RE2 and RE4 as the best in the series.
I'm confused about Lucas in this game though. If the rest of the family were normal people negatively affected by Evaline's wrath, why was Lucas such a horrible person if he wasn't affected by the mold and was in contact with Evaline's caretakers the whole time? Was this explained at all? Why did he want Ethan dead?
It clearly isn't Chris, imo. No reason for them to change the character model, no reason for him to call himself by his surname if he's actually Chris.
Oh, right. I assumed he was turned shitty because the beginning scene at the dinner table showed him to not be fussed by his 'daddy' stabbing him brutally. If his childhood diary is any indication, he's been a shitty person since birth

Plus Chris would never work for Umbrella.
I think it's a much safer assumption that this guy is someone else.
You're all gonna be in for a rude awakening when it turns out to be chris. Hopefully they'll listen to the feedback this time.
Red herring.Yeah it is.....
This. If they wanted to shock people that Chris is now working for Umbrella, they would of gone out of their way to keep the character model the same, and introduce himself with his full name.
Otherwise then it's this situation where people aren't sure what's going on which has to be what the staff were going for.
That's assuming everyone will bother to watch the credits. If they wanted desired impact it would of made more sense to do in the game's ending, especially when spoken. You mean the full name they give in the credits?

OK, I finished it. Overall, I liked it. The ending was good, but it felt like it was "supposed" to end like 2 hours earlier. It was kind of strange.
Anyway, a few questions:
1. What the hell happened to Lucas? He didn't mutate or anything and kind of just vanished.
2. There's a scene near the end of the game where Ethan is stuck in the icky goo of Evie and Mia (or Zoe, I guess?) is about to rescue him after moving through the ship. Right before that happens, the player gets a flashback of Ethan talking to Jack (with Zoe next to him) about how the family is a victim, too and they aren't bad people. My question is: when the hell does this take place? Since Jack is cured at this point, but the last you saw of Ethan was that Evie took him...so the continuity is confusing.
3. The guy at the end is clearly not Chris...but he was a Redfield?
4. How isn't Ethan infected? I mean, come on, he was in contact with that mold forever, and Evie had ample ample time to infect him. He was in one of her goo cocoons for at least an hour for christ's sake.
I thought Lucas was that giant boss you killed by injecting him with the serum. The one where you would shoot the eyeballs.
Wasn't that him? That wasn't just a molded..

But of course the credits are gonna say Chris Redfield. They're not gonna spoil their own twist.
They're not gonna show this guy and then five minutes later have the credits show:
Not-Chris
or
"Redfield"
or
Redfield *wink wink*
The guy could still be Chris, it's very likely that it is him. But if it wasn't, they're not gonna spoil their own twist.

I mean, Ethan literally says "this is getting old, Jack" at that point.
People just didn't pay attention.

They should have had a Zelda style boss title card for him just to make it absolutely clear
Giant Molded Abomination
ULTIMATE JACK BAKER

What was the toy shotgun used for that you find in the attic? Could you replace the broken shotgun with that and repair the broken one?
What about the other toy?
I never found a repair kit in my playthrough.
That fight wouldn't have been out of place in a Zelda game actually.

One of his best lines is "Nice car, Ethan" and he sounds just like Goofy when he says it. Cracks me up.
5-6 didn't have mind control though

After a great atmosphere the ending was pure resident evil wackyness, and not in the cool old style 1-3 but in the Michael bay shitshow 5-6
Dropped the game final rating for me. Went from OMG WHATS THIS to HUH

Where was the broken shotgun, anyway? I never found it...but I did find the toy AND the other repair kit...
Yup, felt the same way.
Because introducing a character in RE game by having his name being Redfield doesn't have a impact?

Bruh in RE2 you basically fought aduring the finale. This wasn't really near that level of shitshow.mutated train while you were riding it
The final boss was full on Uroboros, can't say I liked it. Mines didn't bother me, they only lasted like half an hour
5 had Jill under mind control did it not?5-6 didn't have mind control though
My mind was actually blown when I much later that was actually Ethan's car in the garage and not the Bakers'
