I never tire of this gif. I'm glad this topic was revived even though it'll probably die again. I liked what Sherry and Jake had in RE6 and even Leon approves. That last scene where they held hands was pretty touching. I was all "Oh shit Jake has landed himself a superhuman chick six years his senior."

Yeah, I'd agree with this. Things being sexualized, or sexy isn't uncommon, hence miniskirt Jill, and boobs bouncing when they shouldn't... but overt romance between 2 people seems to be something that is kept hidden, and is treated like it should be kept private, that's weird lol

I feel this way too. I definitely think the groundwork is there for Chris to be confirmed to be gay. He's had multiple female partners and have never expressed any romantic interest in any of them. It's always been professional or a deep friendship.

With Piers the subtext was THICK. I hope Capcom has the guts to actually confirm it in the future.

Chris to me is the main reason I play Resident Evil, I love that he was an actually skilled and trained person and I love his overall personality.

Granted I do think and hope he is gay, I'd be REALLY disappointed if they have him and Jill actually get together.

Though I might even be happier with an Asexual Chris, but Gay Chris is almost as good if only for the fact he would be the first AAA character of his status and following to be gay.
