Resistance 3 Multiplayer Revealed, Beta Later This Year

I hate to beg but could if there's a dummy account and this is shareable, could I get in on the account? I've given away a lot of beta codes in the past and this is one of the few I don't have a way into.

srsly though, it's an uber closed beta right now just to ramp it up and make sure the servers don't die. it will be going wider soon. we have a very select group of people helping right now and we'll be patching / updating towards launch. We've already seen some good bugs and are addressing. This is still a real "beta" and not a "demo."

once we've polished a bit and got the servers goin strong (aka, in a couple weeks as we get closer to the public beta phase) - yes

Sorry, JS. I just really enjoy this series and I'm super excited for 3. As one of the few people who will admit to liking R2 I feel that I should get into the beta. Hahaha.

The R2 thread was basically me and Fersis saying we enjoyed the game. I still have my Chimera from the R2 CE sitting in a place of honor.
 
I'm just going to go ahead and guess I'm under NDA until the open beta (lol, who reads license agreements)... I wish y'all were just a tad bit faster to get in.
 
There is a ton of exciting news about Resistance 3 these days. You hopefully saw all of the preview coverage that hit yesterday. There’s much more to come, as next week, we will be staging a Resistance 3 panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday, July 21st at 5 p.m. in Room 7AB.

Yes, very hard to please. I'll probably end up loving it just like I've loved every other weapon I've touched so far in the boat demo though.

Despite thinking that R2 needed a great deal of polish I enjoyed it and completed the game twice in the first few works I owned it. MP was complete rubbish though.

Played a little bit. One big concern I have is the depth of field is used too much causing lots of blur,that needs toned down.

haha no clue why its working. just saw somebody above say theirs worked so i tried mine and it brought me to the resistance 3 multiplayer beta download link. not sure if it will actually let me play once its downloaded, i will let you know.

My Socom code isn't working. Are you in the USA and are you using the voucher from KZ3?

Does anyone have a link to the sign up for the beta? I was in a thread earlier today, but I can't seem to remember which one had the link to the sign up.

I won't ban your ass. just keep in mind this is truly a beta right now, so it has some bugs and crashes that we are actively patching and working on.

yes, US code here using the code from my Amazon copy of SOCOM.

just tried matchmaking and it works! i am in a match as i type this. gonna go to bed but will be jumping online tomorrow.

*raises hand* I logged hundreds of hours into R1 and R2. A few of my clan mates are also still in the top 25 in the XP rankings....just saying ; ).


I hear ya though, I have no way in as well. Kinda sucks and my free + trial will be over by the time this goes public.

Is it me or you guys have been very cautious in showing the game to the press this time? Can't remember any european press event about the game, just a couple ones in the US.

I tried my R3 beta code I received with Socom and wasn't able to redeem it this morning.

I believe Sony was working on closing that loophole the other night. When they activated the codes, I'm guessing the PSN monkey hit all of them by mistake, instead of just the F&F codes.

I thought I was redeeming the Resistance 3 Beta till I flipped the paper slip over. Apparently I never scratched that code off!
