Dunno how much concistency there has been in current seasons, but in South park the Kardashians were murdered a few seasons ago after some creep read a book written by the kids, went psycho and killed them, much to Butters' dismay, who had been attributed as the sole author and was a big fan of them.

I've seen enough of all of these shows, my mom used to DVR all of the spinoffs and Lamar was literally his only friend within the family. The guy has 5(?) sisters and his dad died years ago and his mom clearly doesn't take much of an interest in him, probably because she can't make easy money off of him.

He used to be damn good looking and had a good personality. He could still be good looking if he is able to recover and take care of himself. He's pretty much the only Kardashian family member I feel for. Dude lost his dad a long time ago, and his sisters and mother are narcissists who don't give a shit about him. Then Lamar, who he could relate to, had health problems too and he's been out of the picture for a while. He doesn't have anyone to relate to his in family; it's no wonder he's had mental health issues. I hope he's able to get the help he needs and can recover.
