What Somnia means is that Somnia quoted a part of the Batman movie (elaborated in the TIME REVIEW) essentially revealing a moment of critical emotional height and character building for our lovely Two Face.

But I don't get the deal of leaving NYC out of this. We had everything else. :(

I apologize again...the review is on rottentomatoes...which gets linked to in this thread. I didn't think about it when I quoted it (only quoted it because it says not to take a 9 year old). Re-reading the quote...yes it is a spoiler. I am more than willing to admit I fucked up quoting it so ya.

Its not too far out. Showing is at 9pm as well. I'm pretty pissed off right now. The one time I abandon the internets and go outside for a walk.

Found someone to go with. Fucking AWESOME!!! I already had midnight tickets for next Thursday, but I'm sure I won't mind going again. :D

I say we search the web.
Sure we can find someone with an extra ticket to share. :lol

Indeed. However the name on the ticket thing I think is not going to allow some people who don't match up in.

its in times like this that I wish I lived on the states :(

but then I remember that I don't have to be 21 to get legally drunk here ;p

Ok, fuck. Does the e-mail have a link to the ticket or something because I'm about to rip my friend a new one for closing the window. Also, if anyone knows any way to look for the image if it may have been saved on his harddrive, or if you know the name of the file, I'd appreciate any help.

I can't believe I'm gonna see this movie in IMAX twice!

I've never seen an IMAX movie in my life.
You wouldn't see it twice anyways? Fuck, I'm gonna see it in Imax 3 times and I'm gonna pay each one!

Thinking of picking up the All-Star Batman graphic novel at some point this weekend. DC sure is getting a lot of my money and attention as of late.

Was it a big spoiler? I skimmed through that time review.

Fairly significant, I think. I can't imagine how that specific scene they describe is going to be anything other than an important moment of emotional potency and intensity.

I've seen one: The Matrix Revolutions. :lol

Maybe it will surprise us :lol btw for those wondering..stay clear of the Times Review...they semi-give a section of the ending away without giving anything away...hard to describe.

I'm broke as a joke.

I'd return my bought tickets if I wasn't taking my little siblings with me.
Shit bro, tell them siblings they're too young and reimburse them tickets and it a coupel more times!:D

I kid, I kid

Yeah, that's one of the 4. Tinseltown, Legacy, Stonebriar, and the new Allen Cinemark. Legacy is going to do a 3AM showing, so I'm really considering doing that. :lol

Oh, and we went to the freakin' Grand for Star Wars because Tinsletown was sold out. :lol Back then though, Tinseltown was the only theater in that area with stadium seating, and it was always crazy sold out for everything. Good times.

Fuck...go beg someone for 9 bucks...go sit on the street with your hat out to get it. Anything to get the money to see this :D

Funny, I read the Times review a few hours ago and have no clue what the spoiler was.

Hooray for poor short term memory!
Same here, I really don't know what they're talking about:lol

It's a part where they describe a specific example of why you should not bring young kids to the movie. And it's obvious, in just the description, that this is no small thing.

I won't elaborate anymore, but let's say for strict purists who hate spoilers don't read the TIME REVIEW.

are you sure it's sold out midnight? http://www.cinemark.com/theater_showtimes.asp?theater_id=231&show_date=7/17/2008

or does it just list the timings and it says sold out when you actually buy them

i went to tinseltown when it first opened to watch jingle all the way. the light bulb went out in the projector during the scene where arnold was fighting the corrupt santa clauses :lol. there were riots in the theater.
