Very unlikely especially since it's been pretty quiet since the reveal. Q1 of next year is what I would bet my money on.

I actually was counting on it being next year. Hell, I got so many games to play this year just from the beginning of the year I kinda want it to be next year. Not to mention I have no games I'm looking forward to next year other than Days Gone. So it will make next year a huge drought. I guess I've had 2 -3 years of decent games (can't remember which year but the year GTA V came out on PS4 was the last bad game year for me... it was sad when a remaster was my GOTY cause there really was nothing else that came out that year that I wanted).

I actually don't think Detroit is 2017, and iffy on gran turismo at this point.

It's only April. An announcement at E3 gives plenty of time for marketing. Not that I think that's the right date. No way they drop this in august and gow4 in the fall. One of these will be fall one will be q1 2018 around the horizon date.

Nah, I think Sonys gonna save exclusives for first halves of the year.

First Half of the year: Sony Exclusives (Horizon, Persona etc)
Second Half of the year: Third Party Partnerships (RDR, Destiny, etc.)

Nah, I just don't see them releasing a completely new IP in the fall. Only way I could see it being 2018 is if it's earlier in the year, which I doubt

If they could have it ready for august 2018 I could see that, but no later
