If Flash Freeze exists, it's a real pain in the ass unless they change the Freeze mechanic.
Someone made a detailed list of over 100 Pokemon for the Kalos region. It was fake. Detail means nothing.

We're basically 2 weeks away from release and we still don't even know the starters final forms. You really think they wouldn't hold out important info until release? Not saying the leak is true, but dismissing it because "Nintendo would have released that info already" is silly.

But no, I don't believe there is another eeveelution, if there was, it would certainly have been promoted along Sylveon imo.
He says "unexpected," so maybe it's a mega-evolution for Eevee which I could see them avoiding before the game/Eevee short movie release.

But didn't he say there is a Mega Raichu? If they are giving Eevee (an unvolved Pokémon) a Mega Evolution, I think they would give one to Pikachu as well, not to Raichu.

I don't know...the first thing I noticed is no screenshot of the game and no pic of the carts.
And yet we don't see a picture of the game cartridge, since that is the hardest thing to fake.
Yup. Huge red flag. His excuse of not wanting to be sued when he is posting tons of "details" but can't post a few screenshots?

I was under the impression Nintendo started giving out download codes instead of actual physical copies for review anyway.
Maybe I heard wrong.
Haven't had a physical review copy for any 3DS game this year, so this is true. Some of the bigger websites still get physical copies though.
This guy isn't a reviewer, he seem to be claiming that the walked into a store and got his copy of the game early.
Creating Pokémon rumour isn't hard as I manage to trick one person that I worked for Game Freak and knew what was happing in Pokémon Black and White 2.
Ironically I ended up being correct without even trying. ¬_¬;
